Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Remote
Position: Full-time, Remote
This will be a full-time, fully remote, exempt position. Although remote, Denver-based candidates are preferred.
Head of Operations Role
Partytrick is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and enhance our operational framework. This key leadership role will focus on driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies, conceptualizing, implementing, and scaling internal processes, and fostering cross-functional alignment and managing strategic operations for Partytrick.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to optimize systems, manage high-impact projects, and lead teams in a fast-paced and ever changing startup environment. Must have B2B Saas Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations
- Work closely with CEO to implement strategic vision and translate goals into operational plans.
- Serve as the-go person to troubleshoot problems across department.
- Design and implement operational strategies to support growth across consumer and business segments.
- Identify areas to optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations with overall business goals and objectives.
- Own tracking of KPIs to measure performance and identify new opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to execute GTM plans.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate GTM performance and operational improvements.
- Manage resources to ensure successful execution of GTM initiatives.
Operational Management
- Oversee project management across departments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track company performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational systems to support company objectives.
Leadership & Team Building
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to achieve their goals.
- Support with staff
Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with CEO and then finance to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize costs.
- Build operational plans alongside CEO to align with revenue targets.
Sales and Client Success Support
- Support the CEO’s founder-led sales motions + sales team in optimizing pipelines and ensuring processes are in place to manage accounts effectively.
- Help design systems to track and manage MAUs, blueprints, and client deliverables
Recommended Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, GTM strategy, or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling operations within a startup or fast-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in SaaS business models, metrics, and the operational tools to support (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, or similar platforms).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or consumer tech is a plus.
Compensation Range:
$100,000-120,000 annual salary plus
