Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

This will be a full-time, fully remote, exempt position.

Role Overview

Partytrick is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own all B2B and B2C-specific marketing efforts, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The Product Marketing Manager will be a vital bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams, responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving product adoption, and positioning Partytrick as the leading operating system for events. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and an ability to connect the dots between customer needs and product capabilities.

In the near term, this means owning the build-out of a self-serve, product-led growth motion for our Teams product across audience segmentation, targeted campaigns, and messaging that gets brands signing up online without a sales call. The ideal candidate plays an integral and impactful role and will have their hands in many tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, product updates, and launches, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and market demand.
  • Design and own the self-serve, product-led growth motion for Teams, the primary lever for hitting new-brand acquisition targets without scaling the sales team 1:1.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and customer success) to effectively position and bring offerings to market.
  • Align tactical execution with Partytrick’s overarching marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive brand vision.

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and communicate clear, compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Partytrick’s B2B and B2C solutions.
  • Tailor messaging to resonate with identified and segmented key target audiences.

Sales and Marketing Asset Creation & Enablement

  • Lead the development of high-impact sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and email campaigns.

Customer Insights & Research

  • Gather feedback from customers via interviews, surveys, and analytics to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Own onboarding and self-serve education content (help docs, in-app guidance, walkthroughs) that helps brands succeed after signing up without a sales call.

Performance Measurement

  • Track and analyze product marketing campaign success, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Regularly report on key performance metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or event-related industries
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience building or scaling a self-serve, product-led growth (PLG) motion
  • Experience with B2C marketing segmentation and campaign strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in creating impactful sales and marketing assets.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Attio).
  • Proven Klaviyo expertise, building flows for both B2B and consumer facing products
