This will be a full-time, fully remote, exempt position.

Role Overview

Partytrick is seeking a motivated partnerships, sales and business development expert with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. As a key hire, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, meaningfully shape our product, and drive business revenue.

The Partytrick ecosystem is complex, and this role requires someone who understands nuance and ever-evolving startup environments. Creativity is a requirement in this role. The right person should possess exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and critical thinking skills, with a strong passion to drive growth through sales.

This individual will report to the CEO. This will be a full-time, fully remote, exempt position. This role may include travel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain a well-defined CRM
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can execute repeatable events at scale.
  • Hunt and close new business on the Partytrick Consumer, Teams, and Enterprise platform
  • Run product demos for potential customers
  • Help define our ever-evolving sales motion. Keeping the feedback loop open is a must.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Marketing on lead routing between signups and sales-assisted deals, so outbound efforts complement rather than compete with our self-serve motion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of full-cycle sales at a fast-growing software company, ideally with experience building a sales motion from scratch
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Deep product knowledge and business acumen, and can understand the inter-connectedness of the two
  • Possesses the ability to sell to many different stakeholders and navigate a complex sales process
  • A strong tolerance for ambiguity
  • A creative executor who thinks outside the box and can navigate the complexity of ever-evolving startup environments
  • An excellent working knowledge of Asana, Slack, and CRMs including Hubspot and Attio

Compensation Range: $90,000–$120,000 base + commission
