Spike Hot Chocolate — for cooler weather, so you can still cozy up for a picnic
PRO TIPS:
- Remember to bring a multi-purpose wine / bottle / can opener.
- Pack extra ice to ensure drinks stay chilled for your journey.
- Fill a couple reusable water bottles for drinking and rinsing out your dirtiest dishes / glasses before packing back up.
Sparkling Paloma
- Combine all ingredients beforehand except the sparkling water.
- Bring cans of sparkling water to add as the last touch, just prior to serving!

Underwood Canned Wine
We've theorized that picnics are the initial reason wine was canned. So pick your cans and get picnicking. Try Underwood wine for your outting.

Spiked Hot Chocolate
PRO TIP: Bring insulated mugs for hot cocoa.
This is another “choose your own adventure!”
- We love glass bottles for all the different juices and serving champagne directly from the bottle (bonus points if it’s served from a standing champagne chiller).
- The accoutrements can be served from small ramekins with spoons, if necessary.
- Prepare juices and ramekins in advance and seran wrap before cooling (at least 2 hours before the event begins).
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Juices like orange, grapefruit, raspberry lemonade, pomegranate and pineapple
- Traditional toppings (optional)
- ~Fresh fruit, like raspberries, cranberries, lemon wedges, orange slices or mango
- ~Rosemary, thyme, mint or lavender sprigs
- “Over-the-top” toppings (optional)
- ~Sugared or sprinkled rims
- ~Rock candy
- ~Scoop of ice cream sherbet or sorbet
- ~Grapefruit juice infused strawberries (let them sit for a few hours)
- ~Rosewater
INSTRUCTIONS
- Allow your guests to create their own cocktails!
- Easy. Does. It. It is boozy brunch time, after all.
Cipriani Bottled Bellini Mix
Ready for your picnic to escort you to the coastline of Italy? This bottled bellini may do just that. And not because you had one too many (but careful there...they are delightful).
Single Serve Bottled Wine
That's right. A tall glass of wine, served by the individual bottle. Pour it or sip it, we won't judge. We love Usual Wines.

Your picnic is calling.
